Five Star Wealth Manager

Dan has won the Five Star Wealth Manager award for fourteen consecutive years, 2012 through 2025.

This achievement is reflective of the investment experience, commitment to the community, and integrity that make Dan so valuable to Baird. Less than one percent of Wealth Managers have won fourteen or more years.

Branch Support All-Star

Each year, our company hosts a “Toast of Baird” celebration where we recognize the outstanding accomplishments of our associates. Out of our company's 902 Client Assistants in Private Wealth Management in 2023, our assistant Jennifer Sizeland was selected as Baird’s Branch Support All-Star.

As our team lead for business operations, almost all clients interact with Jennifer. She "smiles through the phone," and that makes a big difference when delivering client service.
