Baird Gives Back

The Freedom Center in Chicago provides holistic support to individuals facing homelessness, addiction, and incarceration. Through programs like Harbor Light (substance abuse recovery), Pathway Forward (community reentry), and youth outreach, the center offers physical, emotional, and spiritual care to those in need—empowering them to rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.

Located in Michigan, Hope Clinic offers free, integrated medical, dental, food, and behavioral health services to uninsured individuals. Rooted in the principle of caring for the whole person, Hope Clinic ensures that no one falls through the cracks, providing compassionate care in Jesus’ name through a network of over 1,600 volunteers.

This all-volunteer nonprofit transforms lives through programs like Operation School Bell, which provides clothing and essentials to schoolchildren; Wee Help, which supports new mothers with layette kits and safe sleep packages; and Assault Survivor Kits, which offer comfort to victims of trauma. Their work spans education, basic needs, and emotional support across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties

The Baird Foundation supports nonprofits focused on health, education, the arts, and diversity. Through matching gifts and direct donations, the foundation amplifies the charitable efforts of Baird associates. In 2024 alone, it contributed over $5.8 million to qualified nonprofits, including $3.3 million in matched donations.

Cranbrook House & Gardens, with its striking Tudor-style architecture and 40 acres of gardens, is a cherished cultural landmark in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. We proudly support this local treasure to ensure its character and educational value endure, inspiring and enriching our community for generations to come.

Team Be Better was founded to honor the legacy of Ian Miskelley by promoting mental health awareness, education, and personal growth. Through scholarships and community programs, the foundation helps individuals overcome challenges and strive for continuous improvement. Paulson Group member, Cam Peel (former teammate of Ian's), was the inaugural recipient of the Ian Miskelley Scholarship in its first year.

Through World Vision, Dan Paulson sponsors a young child in Ghana, helping provide access to clean water, education, healthcare, and spiritual development. This partnership reflects our belief in empowering communities to break free from poverty and build a future filled with hope.

We support the Knights of Columbus for their unwavering commitment to charitable service.
